About Berza

As a child who spent summers making perfume from flowers in our summer house in Ayvalik on the west coast of Turkey, I knew I was made to be a chemical engineer. While working on a cross-departmental HR project in 2016, I was encouraged to enter the Marina van Damme grant.
I feel honored to have won the scholarship. The scholarship allowed me to study business management and international economics. This taught me how international companies work and leaders within these companies. In the coming years, I would also like to continue growing in project management and other leadership roles.
