About Pavlina

The fascination for technology I believe I got from my dad who spent his youth as a mechanical engineer on large cargo ships. Since I was little he would always try and explain to me how certain machines work and what ingenuity hides behind the most simple things we use every day. Eventually, combined with my love for solving complex puzzles naturally led me to follow a technical study.
I applied for the Marina van Damme Grant back in 2020 when I had just co-founded my own tech startup company and realised I needed additional knowledge to complement my technical expertise. With this Grant I followed the 1-year course of “Foundations of Management” at Nyenrode Business University which gave me the relevant managerial, business and financial tools.
My plan is to run a successful business with TORWASH and be able to offer a commercial product to my customers as of 2026. I hope we can scale fast and grow organically in the years to follow.
